Direction should be automatable

Reported by Matt | December 12th, 2008 @ 11:51 PM | in 0.9.0 ("Rich Tea")

The directionKnob on generator and rebound tokens should expose automation controls like other knobs.

Between this and scripting it might no longer be necessary to offer the spin control (simple spin could be defined using a sequence oscillator).

There is a problem here relating to the relationship between value, dynamicValue, and the UI.

Although an oscillator can be attached to the directionKnob and, for example, the generateTool can use dynamicValue, the UI does not update so the playhead comes out in a different direction to the one in which it is pointing.

This may well be solved when #42 is addressed.
