Preferences pane

Elysium should implement a preferences pane.
Suggested preferences:
- Komposer details (for embedding in documents)
- Create new document at startup
- Default BPM for new documents

- Re-open last document (instead of creating empty document)

Basic prefs for on-open behaviour have been added as well as an advanced pane that has control over layer priority.

Elysium is a generative music application inspired by the mighty reacTogon (by Mark Burton) and brought to life by Matt Mower. It is written for Mac OS X in Objective-C using the excellent Cocoa application framework and uses CoreMIDI to drive any MIDI instrument to produce sound.
