Add repeater token

Add a repeater token.
When a playhead passes a repeater token it's TTL is extended or reset.
Need to decide how this happens, e.g. a repeater has an option to extend TTL by a specific amount (which could be subject to an oscillator) or to reset to its original value (would require this be stored in the playhead we presume).
