Oscillator control panel not popping up

After adding an Oscillator to a param (e.g. velocity) on a Note token, I can't always get it to pop up again. Eventually the little box that triggers the Oscillator Desiigner stops responding to clicks and nothing happens. Can't edit, remove, or add a new Oscillator.
It seems the save file saved the problem. I just opened the file that I prompted me to post the bug, and it's still not popping up. Velocity is the common param that seems to be acting up. Note is F4 on the left side of the honeycomb. All the other params manage to pop up the Designer.

File with bug attached. Note is on Cell 3,2 - [41, F2]. The Oscillator Designer will not pop up for velocity.

The entire inspector UI has been re-implemented ground up. Tested and can't reproduce now.
